University students, graduate students, researchers, and recent graduates can apply individually or as a team.
Basic programming and linear algebra knowledge is recommended. Quantum computing fundamentals and mentorship support are provided during the competition.
Competition communication is conducted in Turkish. Technical reports and presentation attachments may be prepared in English when needed.
